Plastics
Plastics are bad for the body. I feel that in 100 years, people will look at plastics like we see leaded gas today. For that reason, I try to reduce the amount of plastic in my life.

Tupperware | Glass or stainless steel food container

Nonstick cookware | Stainless steel or cast iron cookware
Plastic sponge or dish brush | Wooden dish brush with plant fiber bristles | This brush is an example. |

Water bottle | soulbottles | I like the glass bottles. They use a porcelain lid and a gasket made of natural rubber. I’ve owned it for several years and have yet to break it. I do need to replace the gaskets, if I fall behind on regular cleaning. If you’re sweating the glass, they also have stainless steel bottles. |
